Who we are

Prepwyn is operated by PREPWYN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the service.

What Prepwyn provides

Practice tests for IELTS and PTE, automatic marking of reading and listening, and AI assessment of writing and speaking with band estimates and feedback. Some accounts also include lessons, drills and live classes provided by an institute.

Our band scores are estimates, not official results

This is the most important thing on this page. The bands Prepwyn produces are generated by an AI model trained to apply the public band descriptors. They are intended to show you where you stand and what to work on.

• They are not official IELTS or PTE results and have no standing with any test centre, university, employer or immigration authority.
• They will not always match the score you receive on test day, and we do not promise that they will.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, or Pearson.

Use our scores to guide your preparation. Do not use them to decide whether you are ready to book an official test without other evidence.

Your account

• One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
• A plan you buy grants access to your account only, and cannot be transferred to someone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being shared, resold, or used to extract our question content in bulk.

Payment and access

• Plans are one-off purchases for a fixed access period. They do not renew and no automatic payment is ever taken.
• Prices are shown before you pay. The amount charged is the amount displayed.
• Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends when the period expires.
• Refunds and delivery are covered separately in our Refund & Service Delivery Policy.

Our content

Test questions, passages, audio, lessons and feedback on Prepwyn belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute them, or use automated tools to extract them in bulk.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to submit.
• Do not use the service to impersonate someone else or to sit a test on another person's behalf.

Availability

We work to keep Prepwyn available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third parties whose outages are outside our control. If a prolonged outage falls inside your access period, tell us — our refund policy covers it.

Limits on our liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for outcomes that depend on your official test result — including test fees, visa or admission decisions, or lost opportunities — and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your access

You may stop using Prepwyn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms materially; where the breach is not deliberate we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. This does not remove consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
